Refs of these custom designs will not be shaded! This makes their designs as clear a possible!Payment
All payment must be paid upfront, in full, before I start any work. All payments should be made through Cashapp + Kofi invoices. Any other types of payment are not accepted.
All prices/quotes are non-negotiable.Process (pre-commission)
To get a commission from me, you must first fill out a commission form. Once a form is sent I’ll try to send out a quote as quickly as possible! After quotes are sent out it can be declined or accepted. If you accept the quote you’ll be added to my queue and a invoice will be sent! Payments must be made a within a week afterwards. If not the commission will be canceled.Process
Typically when making customs you will be sent more wips than ‘standard’ commissions. Wips will be sent of the body type, clothing (if they have it), mockups, etc. Typically 2-3 mockups will be made.

To move on in my commission I need this to be approved. If there a specific idea you like the best tell me the options you like!
If nothing is approved in more that 2 weeks the commission will be canceled and refunded.Refunds/Cancellations
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
Refunds are based on how much I’ve drawn, how many mockups I’ve made and more. The more that is drawn the less that will be refunded. Once a commission is fully done it cannot be refunded. If you want to cancel a commission just tell me! I will refund the money as soon as possible.Selling
These characters can be sold whenever you like! Only requirements are to credit me and to not sell characters more than you paid for them, if they do not have extra art. If you have a toyhouse of these characters they must have the credit that I am the designer. If not you may be restricted from buying other commissions from me.Changes
Most major changes should be made during the the early sketch and mockup stages. Once the final lineart/coloring of a reference is made they cannot have major changes made to it without a fee being added. (Major changes are change is species, body type/details, etc). Minor changes will not come with an extra fee (Change in markings/colors, etc)Duedates
If you have a certain deadline that needs to be discussed with me before I start work. If I am asked to meet a deadline afterwards your commission may be canceled.
My turnaround time for commissions is anywhere in a month.Extra
